Did you know the following Thai Ridgeback facts?Many Thai Ridgebacks have a ridge running down their backs, the hair on the ridge grows in the opposite direction to the main hair growth on the rest of the dog or puppy's back. The shape of the ridge can vary between eight different recognized ridge patterns which are saddleback, leaf, bowling pin, violin, lute, arrow, feather and needle This breed can be hard to train as dogs & puppies are intelligent but can be independent - This breed has fantastic jumping abilities so the backyard should be fenced off accordingly
The Thai Ridgeback is generally very healthy & isn't often affected by major health issues - Puppies that are correctly trained will adapt well to family life & have loving temperaments
The short coat can range in color from black, brindle, red or white - the shade can vary
