This charming small breed of puppy and dog is generally even tempered and has a cheerful personality which makes it very pleasant company. The Papillon is a spirited, bright and alert breed that requires regular exercise, activity and playtime which can be given either outdoors or indoors. This is a content and happy little dog that shows its family love and affection. It is the type of dog that will enjoy cuddling up to its owner and sitting on their lap. This breed learns easily so house training and obedience training is not difficult to achieve. The Papillon isn't known to be either timid nor aggressive, they are typically even and well-balanced which makes them an ideal family pet as dogs and puppies from the Papillon breed are very friendly and enjoy socializing and spending time in the company of people.
