The Personality and Temperament of the Norwich Terrier is delightful. This cheerful little dog has an eager, willing and enthusiastic personality. It is fun-loving and enjoys playing games such as catch or anything that they can chase after. The Norwich Terrier is trainable and very adaptable, therefore, adjusting well to household life and becoming a true member of the family. Despite the size of this small dog, its personality and temperament is naturally confident and fearless. This is a very curious and inquisitive breed, and due to this, should kept on a leash when out and about as its natural hunting abilities will provoke it to chase after things. The Norwich Terrier is active and energetic so it needs a fair amount of daily exercise and activity to keep it healthy and to prevent it from becoming bored. Puppies and dogs that do not receive enough exercise will often show signs of poor behavior. The Norwich Terrier makes a pleasant and fun companion to be around.
