• The Komondor has a unique, long, corded coat which resembles dreadlocks. The coat is the heaviest of all dog breeds and it is very long, measuring around 20-27cms in length. The coat doesn't shed except for when the Komondor's are puppies when their coats shed before their cords fully form. The coat must never be brushed or combed, however, it must be regularly bathed and washed. When the Komondor becomes an adult dog, it will be giant in size, many of the dogs measuring more than 30 inches tall!
